Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a Business Continuity Business Analyst to lead analysis, design, and implementation of continuity arrangements across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders to identify critical services, assess impacts, and translate findings into clear continuity requirements and plans.

The role combines Business Analysis with resilience expertise, focusing on MTPD, RTOs, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis and change delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Broad understanding of Business Continuity, resilience and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design and implementation of continuity arrangements.
• Conduct BIAs and map dependencies across people, tech and suppliers.
• Define recovery requirements (MTPD, RTO, RPO) and develop practical continuity plans.
• Coordinate scenario-based continuity exercises and governance activities.
• Identify resilience gaps and implement improvement actions.
