Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Business Architect in Hertfordshire, England. The role focuses on owning how business domains operate and evolve, aligning projects with the overall structure, and guiding strategic change.

The successful candidate will connect processes, data, technology and people, act as the approval authority for changes, and work with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans, while driving measurable improvements.

Formación

• Extensive experience in business architecture and large-scale transformation.
• Proven ability to map processes and align them with strategic goals.
• Experience advising senior leaders and governance of changes.

Responsabilidades

• Map current business operations and design future-state with identified gaps and risks.
• Review and sign off on proposed business changes to guide decisions.
• Translate strategies into detailed, ordered implementation plans.
• Engage early in business cases to ensure measurable improvements.
• Coordinate across process, data, and technology teams to prevent cross-domain issues.
• Run workshops with senior managers and simplify complex concepts.
