Job summary

Consulting Point in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Business Architect to steer AI-driven digital strategies and build business cases for emerging technologies. You will develop customer value propositions, operating models, and solution blueprints while leading delivery workstreams using Agile methodologies.

This role requires engagement with technical SMEs and senior leadership to ensure design feasibility and sustainable outcomes across people, processes, and data.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Business Architecture within consultancy or complex industry.
• Experience in technology-enabled business model reengineering (Lean / Six Sigma).
• Expertise in AI use cases and impact on people, processes, data, and sustainability.
• Ability to engage technical teams while focusing on business value; familiarity with architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define digital strategies and build business cases for AI investments.
• Develop customer value propositions, business models, and operating models.
• Lead delivery workstreams using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Apply Design Thinking to create personas and prototypes to test hypotheses.
• Coordinate between technical SMEs and senior leadership for feasibility and compliance.
