Together is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our AI Team in the Cheadle area. You will shape how AI and automation are adopted through robust business architecture practices, working with senior stakeholders across business and technology to translate strategy into actionable capabilities and roadmaps.

You’ll develop artefacts, drive target operating models, and lead discovery sessions to identify gaps and investment priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in developing and delivering best practice for requirements understanding and capture.
• Able to facilitate and translate complex problems into actionable instructions for delivery teams.
• Extensive Business Architecture experience in a complex, regulated environment is ideal.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into target operating models, capabilities and roadmaps.
• Strong expertise in capability modelling, value streams, process and people architecture, and cross-domain connections.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including Executive & C-suite engagement.
• Comfortable challenging constructs, navigating ambiguity in evolving architecture environments.
• Able to break down complex initiatives into pragmatic roadmaps and outcomes.
• Passionate about both modelling and practical application of business architecture delivering tangible value.
• Delivery-focused with governance and execution balance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts, including capability models, value streams and target operating models.
• Translate strategy into business architecture outcomes, identify capability gaps and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead strategic discovery to understand challenges, risks and future-state requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engage senior leadership and executives.
• Facilitate workshops to build alignment and drive decision-making.
• Ensure initiatives are supported by experts from business, data, technology and change.
• Contribute to the maturity of the Enterprise and Business Architecture practice.
