Job summary
Wesleyan is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives within our Change team. The role focuses on delivering outcomes across Agile and/or Waterfall projects, and on bridging between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to inform and shape strategic directions.
You will gather and refine requirements, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption of new ways of working while delivering measurable business benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst delivering outcomes across a full project lifecycle in Agile and/or Waterfall.
- Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical stakeholders and shape strategic outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Financial Services or Regulatory work is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Estimating, planning, and scoping the business analysis workstream.
- Gathering and refining requirements; analysing processes; supporting pre-project assessment.
- Facilitating workshops and collaborative planning sessions with stakeholders.
- Supporting implementation to deliver measurable business benefits.
- Acting as a knowledge custodian, change advocate and cultural champion.
