Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and analytical instincts.
• Confident with CRM data analysis and able to spot discrepancies or trends.
• Grounding in energy, clean-tech, or building services is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build the financial and energy modelling that underpins every major bid and proposal.
• Shape market research that informs commercial strategy and expansion decisions.
• Analyse pipeline and bid data to sharpen conversion rates across the commercial team.
• Support senior stakeholders in board-level reporting with visibility on outcomes.
• Work with a growing bids and partnerships function during a growth phase.
