Job summary

The role involves stakeholder engagement, end-to-end delivery, risk management, and KPI tracking to optimise cost and value for clients. Hybrid working arrangements are available in the London area.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BPMN/UML and data modelling for financial processes.
• Experience modelling data using SQL Server and industry formats (FiX, ISO15022, ISO20022).
• Comfort translating business needs into epics and user stories within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted, client-facing Business Analyst partnering with Product Managers and delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with project and product processes.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand workflows and translate requirements into clear outputs.
• Lead requirements discovery sessions and workshops, challenging assumptions and shaping acceptance criteria.
