Close Brothers in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Change Team. You will work closely with Product Owners, software engineers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to shape requirements and translate them into Epics and user stories.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital, data, technology or engineering function close to Agile software delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Highly skilled at engaging stakeholders, influencing outcomes, and enabling rapid decision making within an Agile team.
• Technically literate; discuss design concepts (APIs, data flows) with engineers to shape high quality requirements.
• Strong track record analyzing complex business problems and data, identifying root causes, and delivering business value.
• Demonstrable credibility analysing interfaces (Swagger/OpenAPI) and using data analysis tools for validation and delivery readiness.
• Maintains understanding of systems architecture principles.

Responsabilités

• Works closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders.
• Shapes Epics and Stories aligned to Product Owner goals and value outcomes.
• Ensures Epics and Stories are fit for all consumers (engineering, testing, UAT) and uses metrics to maintain flow across sprints.
• Defines performance metrics with stakeholders to optimise value flow.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on ongoing product journey, grounding discussions in evidence.
• Ensures governance and compliance requirements are met and reporting is carried out.
