Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior adviser to lead complex Building Intelligence commissions from London, Birmingham or Manchester with hybrid working patterns. You will guide senior stakeholders on data, integration and outcomes, ensuring strategic requirements translate into delivery while maintaining focus on value.

The role supports leadership development, cross‑disciplinary collaboration and business generation within the Building Intelligence team. UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Practical smart-building or complex-estate project experience.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing advisory work.
• Strong technical judgement across smart-building principles, building systems and data interoperability.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear strategies, requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience leading strategy, requirements, business-case or assurance work across complex estates.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing strategy, use-case and requirements work.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on data, integration and smart-building outcomes.
• Turn strategic ambition into deliverable client requirements and decision papers.
• Provide credible challenge to proposed solutions and identify risks early.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement with high-quality outputs.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, designers, contractors and colleagues.
• Grow capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to client relationships, bids and proposition development.
