Turner & Townsend is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join its Building Intelligence team across the UK, with flexible location in London, Birmingham or Manchester, and options including Bristol or Leeds. The role blends advisory leadership with hands-on client engagement in complex environments.

You will shape smart-building outcomes from discovery to execution, working with clients, designers and technology partners to define requirements, assess options and drive value across

Qualifications

• Experience supporting smart-building or complex-estate projects.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and how it improves buildings.
• Understanding IoT, digital twins, BMS and operational data.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear written, verbal and visual communication.
• Collaborative, outcome-led approach focused on client and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Help clients develop smart-building strategies, use cases, requirements and roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into data, interoperability and building-technology needs.
• Research building context and provide clear client recommendations.
• Lead workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement with clients.
• Interrogate solutions, identify risks, protect client outcomes during delivery.
