Qualifications

Senior adviser with proven ability to lead complex Building Intelligence commissions.
Ability to translate strategy into clear requirements, standards and roadmaps.
Demonstrated experience guiding senior stakeholders through decisions and delivering client value.
Current security clearance or eligibility to obtain it where required.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing strategy, use-case, requirements, standards, roadmap, investment and assurance work.
Advise senior client stakeholders on operational needs, data, integration and interoperability.
Turn strategic ambitions into clear, deliverable client requirements and decision papers.
Provide credible challenge to proposed solutions, identifying risks and trade-offs before they affect outcomes.
Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement and high-quality client outputs.
Build trusted relationships with clients, designers, contractors and colleagues.
