Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to shape smart-building outcomes for clients across occupier, education and healthcare sectors. Based in London, Birmingham or Manchester with hybrid working and occasional client-site attendance, you will lead advisory work, develop use cases, and support bids while collaborating with designers, contractors and technology partners.

You will apply your experience in building intelligence, data, and interoperability to help

Qualifications

Experience supporting smart-building or complex-estate projects across client-side estates, main or MEP contractors, or consultancies.
Genuine curiosity about technology and how it improves building operations.
Ability to translate complex information into clear written, verbal and visual communication.

Responsibilities

Develop smart-building strategies, use cases, requirements, standards, roadmaps and decision support.
Translate operational needs into data, integration and interoperability requirements.
Research and analyse building context to provide clear client recommendations.
Lead client workshops, stakeholder engagement and outputs.
Protect client outcomes by identifying risks and dependencies in proposed solutions.
