Job summary
Prosource is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to join its technology team across Scotland. The role acts as the trusted interface between business stakeholders and Digital teams to align investment priorities with strategic objectives and ensure value realisation of digital investments.
Based in Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness, with occasional travel. Contract or Permanent considered.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Business Relationship Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Portfolio, Change or similar stakeholder-facing role.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- Experience working within complex organisational environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting governance and prioritisation activities.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor between business and Digital teams.
- Build relationships across multiple business functions.
- Shape and challenge new demand opportunities.
- Support prioritisation and governance discussions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and requirements discovery activities.
- Help develop business cases and benefits realisation.
- Support strategic planning and portfolio alignment activities.
- Work with stakeholders to identify priorities and desired outcomes.
- Support delivery and value realisation of digital investments.
- Identify and help resolve issues impacting delivery or business outcomes.
