Job summary

Maven Partners Offshore in Jersey seeks an experienced Senior Billing & Revenue Controller to own end-to-end billing, WIP, debtor and revenue control across the business. Working with Finance and senior stakeholders, you will ensure accurate invoicing, timely cash collection and meaningful revenue analysis.

You will monitor trends, support budgeting and forecasting, drive improvements in billing processes, and act as escalation point for complex matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, credit control, accounts receivable or revenue management within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, WIP management, debtor control and cash collection processes.
• Experience analysing financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing across jurisdictions with timely invoicing.
• Own WIP and debtor management, challenging balances and improving recoverability.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship Directors, Administration Teams and Finance to resolve billing issues and improve revenue performance.
• Monitor WIP, utilisation, revenue and debtor trends and provide senior management with insights.
• Produce regular management information on revenue, WIP, recoverability and cash collections.
