Job summary

Carey Olsen is seeking a Business Development Lead to design, build and manage a comprehensive bids, pitches and proposals infrastructure. The role involves creating high‑quality templates, libraries of content, and playbooks that promote the firm’s strategy and capabilities.

You will lead the creation, submission and management of multi-jurisdictional bids, pitches and RFPs, working globally with BD and Brand teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience building a centralised bids/pitches/proposals library with pre-drafted content and credential sheets.
• Ability to create high-quality templates for Word and PowerPoint for rapid RFP responses.
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional bids and liaising with pricing/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Review existing materials and create a central library of proposal content.
• Design and launch high-quality Word and PowerPoint templates for BD responses.
• Research and propose bid software or RFP automation tools.
• Design a pitch-tracking dashboard in CRM to monitor win/loss rates and pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end creation and submission of high-value proposals and tenders.
