Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our client in Kent. The role involves leading bid processes, preparing PQQs, analysing feedback, coordinating internal and external teams and managing tender portals.

A strong track record in housing refurbishment bids and a proactive mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will drive the bid strategy, collaborate with directors, attend industry events, and contribute to marketing content and case studies.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and submitting bid proposals in the construction/housing sector.
• Strong research and bid writing skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead the bid process from planning to completion with internal staff and external consultants.
• Manage PQQs and quality bids, analysing feedback and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate tender portals and present opportunities to directors.
• Attend live sites to collect data for case studies, bids and BD content.
• Lead branding and corporate identity to present a professional image across the business.
• Create and maintain historical and live bid libraries and support marketing efforts.
