Trevett Project Services is seeking a Bid Manager to join the Business Development division in London & Southeast. You will lead the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to submitting winning bids, and work with cross-functional teams to articulate value propositions.

You will manage writers, estimators, and SMEs, ensure compliance, maintain bid records, and develop strategies to improve win rates. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in bid management with a strong win rate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids under pressure to deadlines.
• Knowledge of building services or construction industry.
• Familiarity with bid management software (BidMaster, Salesforce).

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the bid process, including reviewing tender documents and requirements.
• Coordinate bid team including writers, estimators, and subject matter experts.
