Job summary

BidRecruitment is partnering with a leading flooring and property services business to recruit an experienced Bid Manager in Greater London. The role focuses on owning the end-to-end bid process across social housing, build-to-rent, and related sectors, from initial qualification to final submission.

Reporting to the Head of B2B Partnerships, you will coordinate bid activities with operations, finance, supply chain and delivery teams, shape the bid function, develop persuasive written responses,

Qualifications

• Proven bid management experience in social housing, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong written communication and persuasive response skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid process across frameworks, tenders, DPS opportunities and mini-competitions.
• Coordinate bid activities with operations, finance, supply chain and delivery teams.
• Develop high-quality, compliant submissions and maintain a bid library.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions and shape bidding strategy.
