Job summary

A leading staffing organization seeks an experienced Benefits Manager to support a major MOD programme. The role involves identifying, quantifying, and tracking benefits realization to justify investment. Key responsibilities include leading benefits management activities, developing benefits profiles, and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive benefits management experience and hold APMG Benefits Management Practitioner certification. This is a hybrid/onsite position based in Abbey Wood (Bristol), with a duration of 6 months.

Qualifications

• Extensive Benefits Management experience, ideally within a large multinational and/or transformation environment.
• Proven ability to solve problems across organisational boundaries using sound judgement.
• Experience working within a PMO / P3MO / Portfolio environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership across benefits management activities.
• Develop robust benefits profiles supporting the delivery team.
• Coordinate tracking and reporting of benefits across the benefits maturity lifecycle.
