Job summary

EY is seeking a UK Benefits Manager to shape and deliver our employee benefits and financial wellbeing strategy. You will work across rewards, pensions, wellbeing and talent to ensure our benefits portfolio creates value for people and aligns with business objectives.

This role combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and programme leadership, with hybrid working and regular travel to London.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within employee benefits, reward or related areas.
• Experience developing, influencing or delivering benefits strategy within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of UK employee benefits and broader reward principles.
• Knowledge of financial wellbeing programmes and employee financial health initiatives.
• Proven ability to use data and insight to influence decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EY's benefits and financial wellbeing strategy.
• Define and evolve EY's benefits proposition to stay competitive and aligned with a diverse workforce.
• Lead market reviews and benchmarking activities.
• Govern governance, risk management and vendor management across the benefits portfolio.
