Job summary

EY UK Benefits Manager role focuses on delivering an integrated benefits and financial wellbeing strategy across the UK & Ireland. You will shape the benefits portfolio to drive employee value, engagement and business impact, using data and market insights to inform decisions and prioritise improvements.

The role combines strategic thinking with programme leadership, governance and vendor management, reporting to the UK&I Benefits Lead, with hybrid working and regular travel to London.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within employee benefits, reward or related areas.
• Experience developing, influencing or delivering benefits strategy within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of UK employee benefits and broader reward principles.
• Knowledge of financial wellbeing programmes and employee financial health initiatives.
• Proven ability to use data and insight to influence decision making.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and driving outcomes across multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of EY's benefits and financial wellbeing strategy.
• Build business cases and recommendations balancing employee experience, commercial value and priorities.
• Drive the implementation of agreed strategic initiatives and programme enhancements.
• Analyse utilisation, employee feedback, workforce demographics and market trends.
• Measure programme effectiveness and ROI; develop reporting and insights.
• Lead market reviews and benchmarking activities; monitor trends and legislative changes.
• Provide governance, risk management and vendor management across the portfolio.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships across Reward, Wellbeing, Pensions and Talent.
