EY is recruiting UK Benefits Manager to shape and deliver benefits and financial wellbeing strategy across UK & Ireland. You’ll partner with Reward, Pensions and Talent teams to create value for our people and strengthen EY’s employee value proposition.

You will use data, market insight and stakeholder engagement to drive strategic initiatives, governance, and vendor management in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in employee benefits, reward or related areas.
• Strong data and insight use to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EY's benefits and financial wellbeing strategy.
• Define EY's benefits proposition and ensure market competitiveness.
• Build business cases balancing employee experience with commercial value.
• Govern governance, risk management and vendor relationships across benefits programmes.
• Lead market benchmarking and stakeholder collaboration across Reward, Wellbeing and Talent.
