Job summary

WR Engineering, based near Winchester, is seeking a commercially focused Business Development Manager to identify and win new opportunities in a regulated engineering environment. You will manage client relationships, present capabilities to prospects and drive opportunities through the tender process.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in line with objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Present technical and commercial capabilities to prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Tendering to move opportunities from capture to tender submission.
• Support marketing and tender collateral development and market intelligence.
