Job summary

Freeths LLP is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Employment, Pensions & Immigration practice across multiple UK offices. You will help shape national BD plans, strengthen client and intermediary relationships, and drive cross-selling through compelling propositions and high-quality pitches.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing or Client Development within professional services.
• Experience supporting national or multi-office teams and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong BD planning, client development, campaigns, referrals and revenue growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of BD plans aligned with firm strategy.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing clients and referrals.
• Lead pitches, proposals, tenders and capability statements to win new business.
