Job summary

Griffin is a fully regulated UK bank serving fintechs and platforms with a banking-as-a-service backbone. You will own deals from lead to terms, explaining API architecture and safeguarding to CFOs/CTOs while shaping pricing with RevOps and Finance.

We seek a self-driven rep capable of building a strong pipeline, navigating long cycles, and delivering clear, written proposals in a fast-moving, remote-first environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Built and closed your own pipeline and pursue new business.
• Strong grasp of payments and banking infrastructure (APIs, ledgers, settlement).
• Sold complex deals with long cycles and several buying committees.
• Low ego and high curiosity; interest in understanding how the plumbing works.
• Resilience for long, technical sales cycles and ability to work without a fixed script.
• Love of writing and contributing to written documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline from first lead to signed commercial terms.
• Lead whiteboard sessions on account structures and draft proposals.
• Set pricing for complex accounts with RevOps and Finance.
• Answer regulatory and compliance questions before objections arise.
• Negotiate non-standard client requirements with Legal, Compliance and Product.
