Job summary

Ward Hadaway is seeking an experienced Events Manager to co-lead a diverse events programme across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape events that support business development, client relationships and firm profile across UK sectors.

Based in Leeds or Manchester, this role involves hands-on delivery, governance, and line management of an Events Assistant, with occasional travel to other offices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering end-to-end events in a professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic event programmes aligned with firm priorities.
• Lead end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, venues and timelines to ensure value for money.
• Integrate events with wider client development activity and CRM discipline.
• Measure performance using data and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement.
