Tarleton Academy seeks an inspirational Assistant Headteacher - SEND and Inclusion to lead our strategic vision for inclusion across the school. You will drive high-quality SEND provision within a mainstream setting and work with colleagues to ensure every student, regardless of need or background, can flourish.

• Drive improvements in teaching and learning so that adaptive practice is embedded across all curriculum areas.
• Champion inclusive practice and ensure that all staff are equipped to meet the needs of every learner.
