Job summary

Tarleton Academy seeks an inspirational Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for SEND and Inclusion. You will provide strategic leadership for SEND and inclusion across the academy, lead the Learning Support team and drive improvements in teaching and learning so that adaptive practice is embedded across all curriculum areas.

This full-time, permanent position is offered on the Leadership Pay Range L10-L14 with a salary of £64,691 to £71,330 per annum.
