Job summary

Tarleton Academy invites applications for an inspirational Assistant Headteacher - SEND and Inclusion. You will provide strategic leadership for SEND and inclusion across the academy and lead the Learning Support team to ensure high-quality provision for students with additional needs.

You will drive improvements in teaching and learning to embed adaptive practice across curriculum areas and champion inclusive education, ensuring every learner is supported to flourish within our mainstream

As our current Head of Learning Support moves into leading our brand-new Specialist SEND Unit, Endeavour Thrive, we are looking for an outstanding leader to build on the strong foundations already in place and ensure that every student, regardless of need or background, can flourish within our mainstream setting.
