Job summary

A2Dominion is seeking an experienced Asset Planning Manager in London to lead 1-year, 5-year and 30-year investment plans for its housing portfolio. The role involves steering an Asset Planning team, leveraging asset data and stakeholder input to drive evidence-based decisions that maximise value and ensure compliance with Decent Homes standards.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Asset Management, Building Surveying, Property Management or related discipline.
• Experience in asset management principles and long-term investment planning.
• Experience leading asset planning initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of short, medium and long-term asset investment plans.
• Ensure investment decisions are driven by high-quality asset data, insight and analysis.
• Prioritise investment programmes to maximise value, performance and compliance across the portfolio.
• Oversee asset planning analytics, reporting, forecasting and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Housing, Development, IT and Property teams to align investment priorities.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Asset Planning Analysts.
• Monitor investment performance through KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset planning methodologies, systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with Decent Homes standards and related regulatory requirements.
