Job summary

Morgan Hunt Recruitment is seeking a Data Lead to shape our asset management strategy and investment programmes for a Housing Association. You will lead data architecture, analytical modelling, and financial analysis to drive board-level decisions and resident outcomes.

The role requires strong experience in data architecture, data governance, and translating complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leaders. Hybrid working with some office presence in Stratford.

• Experience leading data architecture and data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the organisations data architecture
• Developing and delivering strategic asset management plans
• Leading stock condition and asset data improvement programmes
• Driving long-term investment and lifecycle planning
• Supporting regulatory compliance and Board assurance
• Producing option appraisals, whole-life cost analysis, and portfolio performance insights
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to influence investment, decarbonisation, regeneration, and asset performance decisions
