Job summary

Codi is Wales' largest housing provider, investing in homes and communities. As an Asset Manager, you will shape long-term investment programmes, optimise stock and lead proactive property management across our housing portfolio, balancing compliance, sustainability and value for money for customers.

You'll work with teams across housing, property, development and regeneration, using data and energy insights to direct asset priorities, improve efficiency and deliver lasting community benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience developing asset management strategies and long-term investment programmes.
• Strong knowledge of property performance, asset management and investment planning.
• Experience using asset management systems and data to support decision-making and future planning.
