Bidwells is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead strategic management of Cambridge Science Park on behalf of Trinity College Cambridge. The role focuses on creating long-term value across a 152-acre site with 2 million sq ft of space, coordinating experts to deliver plans and reporting to stakeholders.

You will drive rent reviews, renewals, development opportunities, and sustainability initiatives while building strong relationships with occupiers, investors, local authorities and advisors.

Qualifications

• Solid commercial property and investment management experience.
• MRICS qualification preferred; breadth and relevance of experience matters most.
• Able to translate strategy into delivery and influence outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver strategic Asset Management Plans for key assets.
• Identify value-creating opportunities across lease events, lettings and development.
• Oversee financial assessment of investments and asset management options.
• Coordinate internal and external specialists to deliver strategy.
• Build trusted client and stakeholder relationships and report on performance.
• Contribute to sustainability and net-zero initiatives at asset level.
