Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property asset management.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Good knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to coordinate internal/external teams.
• Interest in sustainability and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short, medium and long term asset management plans.
• Identifying and delivering opportunities to enhance portfolio performance and value.
• Leading asset management initiatives including lease renewals, rent reviews, re-gearing, lettings, refurbishment, development and planning.
• Undertaking financial appraisals and assessing the commercial viability of opportunities.
• Managing strategic relationships with occupiers, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Providing oversight of projects, risk and wider asset management initiatives.
• Working closely with legal advisers, consultants and other professional teams.
• Supporting the development and delivery of sustainability strategies.
• Overseeing valuations and liaising with valuation specialists where required.
• Coordinating the delivery of wider property management, financial management and reporting services.
• Providing high quality reporting and contributing to the wider success of the investment and property management function.
