This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the management of one of the UK's leading innovation and business communities. We're looking for a proactive, technically astute and highly organised individual who can successfully manage a complex multi–tenant environment while delivering an exceptional level of service across a diverse portfolio of laboratory, office and mixed–use buildings.
Working as part of the Cambridge Science Park Property Management team, you will take responsibility for the delivery of facilities management services across a range of multi–let, directly owned and vacant properties within the client's portfolio. The role offers significant variety and autonomy, with responsibility spanning operational facilities management, statutory compliance, sustainability initiatives and financial oversight, including supporting service charge budgeting and expenditure control.
You'll work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including property managers, asset managers, project managers, building surveyors, health & safety advisors, contractors, suppliers and the Cambridge Science Park Director, ensuring the estate operates efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
As part of the wider Investment & Property Management team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines, share best practice, contribute to operational improvements and be part of a supportive and engaging team culture.
