Job summary

Arup is seeking an Associate/Associate Director to join the Asset Management team in the North, leading advisory commissions across the water sector and helping clients improve resilience, sustainability, and value for money. You will guide projects in the UK and beyond, applying asset management principles and leading relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage commissions financially, and develop opportunities with clients while mentoring

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management with whole-life asset life cycles.
• Track record advising infrastructure asset management organisations, especially water or regulated sectors.
• Strong proposal/tender development and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for multi-disciplinary commissions.
• Lead project management and financial outcomes of commissions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.
