• Experience in building or social housing sector is essential.
• Ability to undertake financial appraisals and lifecycle costing.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior colleagues and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic asset management approach using data and financial appraisal.
• Review estates and assets to identify opportunities to improve resident outcomes and long-term value.
• Prepare options appraisals, lifecycle cost analyses, and NPV assessments for Executives and the Board.
• Progress actions including disposals, stock swaps, and development opportunities with colleagues and advisers.
