Job summary

Eastlight Community Homes seeks a Strategic Asset Manager to lead the development of our asset management strategy, systems, and investment programmes. You will ensure robust asset data for business planning and regulatory compliance.

You will drive the 30-year Asset Plan, analyse data, and manage systems like Keystone, ASAP, and GIS, while identifying opportunities to maximise asset value through investment or disposals. Lead stakeholder engagement at Board level.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in social housing asset management and business planning.
• Strong knowledge of asset databases, investment planning, and portfolio performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data and producing strategic reports.
• Understanding of financial planning, risk management, and property performance modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
