Aqua Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced Associate Director - Advisory and Asset Management to drive regulatory business plans and asset management strategies in the regulated infrastructure sector. You will work with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and maintain strong relationships.

You'll lead asset management maturity initiatives, analyse asset data, and contribute to bids and proposals while guiding junior colleagues and ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience within infrastructure management in the water, gas, or electricity sectors.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of physical asset management within a regulated industry.
• Experience supporting asset management strategies, business planning, and investment decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver successful outcomes.
• Ability to work independently whilst supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
• Experience contributing to business development activities, including bids and proposals.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions using industry best practice and wider sector knowledge.

• Contribute to business development activities, including bids and proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
