Adler & Allan is seeking an Advisory Associate Director to help deliver key frameworks and projects, liaising with clients, contractors and third-party stakeholders to provide effective solutions and recommendations. The role may involve secondment to client sites on a part-time or full-time basis.

You will influence asset management maturity, governance, and data-driven decision making, while supporting bids, proposals and business development across regulated sectors in the UK.

We are seeking an Advisory Associate Director to support the team in the delivery of key frameworks and projects. Liaison with Clients, Contractors and third-party Stakeholders on a regular basis ensuring the most effective solutions and recommendations are provided to the Client.

Core Responsibilities

This is a senior consultant role and it is likely the post holder will be seconded into one of Aqua's clients on a part time or full time basis on occassion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

This is a role which requires you to cover many different types of projects over time, adapting to client needs and sectors as required. Clients are at the heart of everything you do, and you'll demonstrate the ability to constructively challenge the accepted norms and always seek a better way.

• Typically over 10 years relevant experience in infrastructure management in water, gas or energy sectors.


• Detailed knowledge and experience in physical asset management within regulated sector with an awareness of other disciplines / sectors


• Uses best practice and wider knowledge to develop innovative solutions


• Able to lead projects


• Able to work independently and provide support to less experiences team members


• Contribute to business development by supporting bids and proposals


• Develops and maintains client and stakeholder relationships
