Job summary

Adler & Allan Ltd seeks an Advisory Associate Director to support delivery of key frameworks and projects, liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders to provide effective solutions and recommendations. The role is senior, with potential secondments to clients on a part-time or full-time basis.

Core responsibilities include developing regulatory plans, asset management strategies, governance structures and timely project delivery, while driving data-driven decisions and business

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure management in water, gas or energy sectors.
• Detailed knowledge of physical asset management within regulated sector.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently and mentor others.
• Develops and maintains client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop justified and efficient regulatory business plans.
• Develop and implement asset management plans and strategies.
• Advance asset management maturity.
• Improve asset data to deliver the right business solutions.
• Develop long-term adaptive strategies.
• Ensure governance and assurance structures are in place.
• Deliver projects to excellent time and quality.
• Analyze data to produce trends and drive decision making.
• Organise meetings and workshops with clients.
• Author reports and presentations to enable informed decision making for client and internal teams.
• Contribute to bids and proposals.
