Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Strategic Asset Intelligence Manager for the Estates Intelligence team. The role combines asset leadership, data-driven insight and advisory client support to drive strategic decisions across lifecycle planning and investment prioritisation.

Based in Leatherhead, this hybrid role collaborates with the contract leadership and operations teams to translate performance data into actionable recommendations that optimise estate outcomes and investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic asset management leadership within complex environments.
• Experience supporting mobilisation and transition of complex service delivery contracts.
• Strong experience in asset information management and governance.
• Proven ability to translate data into insight for senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing Asset Management Plans, lifecycle plans and investment cases.

Responsibilities

• Operate within Insights and Advisory to provide strategic asset performance advice.
• Translate asset data into structured insights to inform decisions.
• Develop lifecycle and investment plans with client governance input.
• Integrate asset data with BI outputs and dashboards.
• Ensure asset intelligence supports compliance, risk management and audits.
• Lead mobilisation activities and transition to steady-state delivery.
• Provide evidence-led recommendations for optimisation and investments.
