Zusammenfassung

Countrystyle Recycling Limited is seeking an Artic Planner to develop and manage a compliant, efficient daily transport plan for the Artic fleet. The role focuses on scheduling, driver liaison, and data accuracy within the TMS to support profitability and customer service across the Kent region.

You will work with the Head of Artics on policy implementation, ensure vehicle compliance, and provide timely reports. A strong planning mindset and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational and planning skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Good geographical knowledge of London and the South East.
• Proficient with MS Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience in a planning role in a busy transport office environment.

Aufgaben

• Review, allocate and schedule jobs for the Artic fleet using the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Liaise with drivers regularly to ensure vehicle resources are available and operations are safe.
• Support fleet resource optimisation to improve profitability and customer service.
• Assist the Head of Artics with transport activities and compliance policies.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders and resolve queries promptly.
• Ensure accurate input of job requests and documentation into the TMS.
• Reconcile billing information and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate investigations of road transport incidents with the Compliance team.
