Job summary

Exchange House Services Ltd in London seeks a senior Solutions Architect to design and deliver the technical architecture for its Strategic Applications team. The role focuses on legal workflows, enterprise-grade integrations, and AI-enabled solutions across multiple platforms.

You will work with lawyers, PMOs and business services to translate needs into robust architectural designs while considering commercial impact, risk, and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution architecture within a professional services or legal environment.
• Experience delivering API integrations across multiple platforms (DMS, HR, finance, knowledge management).
• Knowledge of secure, scalable integration patterns and data governance.
• Ability to map legal workflows to technical designs and produce architecture documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑level and detailed architectures aligned to enterprise standards and chargeable engagements.
• Define end‑to‑end design across document management, workflow, AI, knowledge and data systems from legal workflows.
• Develop integration solutions linking core platforms and AI services with governance requirements.
• Engage with lawyers, PMOs and business services to translate needs into robust technical solutions.
• Own risk profiles, GDPR/SRA compliance and information security in designs.
