VELOCITY MOBILE LTD. in the UK Card division seeks a Manager in Business Analysis to bring strategic and quantitative insight to high-impact enterprise challenges. You will shape strategies that support customers and financial wellbeing, with a collaborative culture emphasizing learning and innovation.

You will work across strategy, data, product and technology to drive initiatives from concept to market delivery, with hybrid London or Nottingham locations and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, financial services, or quantitative strategy/analytics roles.
• Track record translating analysis into implemented business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Shape business strategies delivering sustainable growth, customer value, and commercial success in a changing market and regulatory landscape.
• Deliver product-level modelling and analytics, refining risk models and validating hypotheses.
• Design customer-centric lending products and implement effective pricing strategies.
• Translate strategy into actionable technical and business requirements and drive projects from concept to market delivery.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and Risk to enhance outcomes.
• Translate customer insights into go-to-market strategies and direct-to-consumer marketing approaches.
• Lead projects end-to-end with mentorship and potential for people leadership as you scale the team.
