Job summary

Capital One UK in London or Nottingham is seeking a Senior Manager in Business Analysis within the UK Card division to drive strategic and quantitative insight. You will guide teams to design, test, and deliver strategies that support customers and their financial wellbeing.

This cross-functional role requires leadership, end-to-end P&L ownership, and collaboration across Product, Tech, Operations, Finance and Sales to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of guiding project teams or leading cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience shaping strategic growth, pricing, or credit risk strategies with clear commercial or P&L impact.
• Ability to build consensus with senior leaders on high-visibility initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape business strategies that deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and customer value.
• Maintain end-to-end management for key business segments, impacting P&L.
• Lead, coach and support diverse teams while mentoring talent across the organisation.
• Guide product-level modelling and analytics, design customer-centric lending products, and implement pricing strategies.
• Inform direct-to-consumer marketing strategies using customer insights for go-to-market plans and tech concepts.
• Enhance credit performance by refining risk models and validating hypotheses.
• Oversee concurrent projects and sequence delivery against product strategy.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and Sales to improve quality and commercial outcomes.
