Find. in London is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead outbound growth for AI and data consultancy. You will own the end-to-end opportunity flow, collaborating with marketing and technical teams to understand client challenges and craft technology-led solutions.

This hybrid role with 1 day in the office offers a £50,000 base salary plus a target bonus and a clear path to expanding into new markets by building a structured outbound sales function.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B tech/consultancy sales or SDR/BDR progression to a broader role.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
• Confident in discovery conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, questioning and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop outbound pipeline across new target sectors and accounts.
• Identify and engage senior data, technology and business decision-makers.
• Run discovery and qualification conversations with prospects—virtual and in person.
• Develop thoughtful, multichannel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and events.
• Map buying groups and identify key commercial stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to progress opportunities through scoping and early proposals.
• Build relationships with prospects not ready to buy immediately.
• Contribute to how the wider commercial team approaches new markets and accounts.
