Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience in large web projects.
• Experience delivering multiple large-scale software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or LeSS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across multiple teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Line manage Agile Delivery Leads in the UK.
• Collaborate with software engineering management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders.
