Job summary

Jet2.com is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the digital product strategy across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. You’ll lead senior teams, define the product vision, and set OKRs that align with business outcomes and financial targets.

You’ll collaborate with UX, engineering and business leaders to ship customer-centric solutions, coach product teams, and advocate for a product-led culture across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and coaching product teams.
• Track record of shipping great products that users love.
• Good understanding of internal business processes, digital products and market landscape.
• Built product strategies alongside other business stakeholders, and aligned your product organisation to deliver against your strategy goals.
• Be an effective communicator at all levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Be an advocate for change and promote product management practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of product groups, owning the strategy, outcomes and execution of a digital product strategy for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
• Work closely with Directors within the business to align objectives and agree on digital product strategies with your domain.
• Set the vision, align your product strategy, and agree on OKRs with your product group.
• Be a part of the Digital Product leadership team, and communicate the team’s priorities within your teams and the business.
• Work hand in hand with internal departments to understand the needs of the business.
• Work closely with counterparts in design, business analysis and software engineering to align product groups to deliver against the portfolio’s objectives.
• Coach your product teams to define what to build to deliver growth for the organisation.
