Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a strategic leader to drive growth within Away From Home across the UK Contract Catering channel. You will manage relationships with Elior, Entegra (Sodexo) and Aramark, shaping execution strategies and delivering customer plans that unlock opportunities across workplace, education, healthcare and defence catering.

You will negotiate, lead annual plans and joint business initiatives, collaborating with marketing, category, procurement and field teams to maximize distribution,

Qualifications

Experience in FMCG, Foodservice, or Contract Catering environments is preferred.
Proven track record delivering growth through strategic partnerships and customer plans.
Ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver customer business plans for key partners (Elior, Entegra/Sodexo, Aramark).
Identify opportunities to drive volume, revenue and market share in contract catering.
Lead negotiations, annual planning, and joint business plans with senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with procurement, commercial, culinary and operations teams to unlock opportunities.
Monitor performance against objectives and address risks to accelerate growth.
